How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
Age, the condition of the underlayment, and whether the failure is isolated or system-wide. A ten-year-old roof with one bad valley is a repair. A twenty-year-old roof with granule loss across the field and multiple leak points is a replacement. We'll show you photos of what we find and tell you honestly which one you're looking at.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most Central Florida single-family homes are a two to four day job, weather permitting. Tile and complex rooflines run longer. We schedule around the afternoon storm pattern in summer.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We document the damage thoroughly with photos and a written scope, which is what your adjuster needs. We're contractors, not public adjusters — we won't negotiate your claim for you, but we'll give you everything required to support it.
Is a new roof going to lower my insurance premium?
In Florida it often does. Carriers weigh roof age and wind-mitigation features heavily. After completion we provide the documentation needed for a wind mitigation inspection.
