Information you provide. When you request a quote, sign a proposal, become a customer, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing and property addresses, details about your project, photos or documents you share, and the contents of your communications with us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you make a payment, you provide your card or bank details directly to Stripe through its secure systems. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own servers. We receive limited information from Stripe such as a confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and billing details needed to manage your account and produce receipts.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect standard log and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, including through cookies and similar technologies.
We use the information we collect to:
provide, operate, and improve the Services; prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, contracts, invoices, and receipts; schedule and perform construction and renovation work; process payments and prevent fraud; respond to your questions and provide customer support; send service-related communications and, where permitted, updates about our Services; maintain records of our projects and transactions; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as Stripe for payment processing, along with hosting, email, scheduling, and software providers, bound to protect the information they handle; subcontractors and licensed trades assigned to your project, limited to what they need to perform the work; professional advisors such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys; authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evercrest, our customers, or others; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how some parts of the site function.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own security and PCI-compliance practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to satisfy our legal, tax, accounting, warranty, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Evercrest Construction Group LLC sends operational text messages (SMS) to customers, employees, and subcontractors who opt in to receive them. How you opt in: on our Request a Quote form you check a dedicated, optional text-message consent checkbox. This SMS consent is its own separate agreement — it is not bundled into submitting the form, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Service, and it is not a condition of requesting a quote or of purchasing any goods or services. You may also opt in by giving us your number and agreeing in person, or, for crew, by providing your number for job coordination.
The Request a Quote form shows a standalone, unchecked consent checkbox next to this language, which a person must check on its own to opt in: “I agree to receive text messages from Evercrest Construction Group LLC at the phone number I provide — appointment and site-visit reminders, schedule and start-date updates, crew-arrival notices, and status alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
What we send: job and site-visit assignments and reminders, appointment and schedule updates, “on the way / arrived” notices, and account and status alerts related to your project or work with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

Your consent and privacy: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond consistent with those laws. Some information must be retained to meet legal and contractual obligations.
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Our website and communications may link to third-party sites and services, including Stripe. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
