How long before I can drive on a new driveway?
Concrete reaches most of its strength in about 28 days, but a residential driveway is typically ready for passenger vehicles in 7 days. We'll give you the exact hold time for your pour and mix in writing.
Why does concrete crack, and is it covered?
All concrete develops some shrinkage cracking — that's why we cut control joints, to decide where it happens. Structural cracking from bad base prep or a bad pour is a defect, and that's what our workmanship warranty covers. We put the distinction in your contract so there's no argument later.
Do I need a permit for a driveway or slab?
In Orange and Osceola County, most driveways, slabs and structural pours do require a permit. We handle the application and inspections as part of the job.
Can you match my existing concrete?
We can get close on color and finish texture, but an exact match to cured concrete isn't realistic — new concrete cures lighter and evens out over months. We'll show you what to expect before you commit.
